Account information: name, email address, password, country of origin, destination province, and language preference.

Resume uploads: documents (PDF, DOCX) and pasted text you submit to the resume and cover letter tools, including work history, education, and skills.

Mortgage prequalification information: estimated household income, employment status, debts, down payment amount, and target purchase province, used solely to generate an estimated borrowing range.

Contact and support information: messages you send to us, including any details voluntarily shared.

Analytics data: pages visited, features used, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, and aggregated usage events used to improve the Services.

To deliver, personalize, and improve the Services, including AI-generated resumes, cover letters, interview practice, and settlement guidance.

To generate prequalification estimates and educational financial summaries.

To communicate with you about your account, security alerts, and product updates you have opted into.

To monitor platform performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Content you submit may be processed by AI models to generate recommendations and documents. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your personal documents to train third-party foundation models.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Services at your own risk.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of Quebec benefit from rights under Law 25 (the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector).

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing privacy@arrivai.app. We will respond within 30 days and may retain limited information where required by law.

Your information may be processed in Canada or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We require those providers to apply protections consistent with this Policy.
