ArrivAI is an AI-powered platform that provides educational and informational tools to help newcomers prepare for life in Canada, including resume and cover letter generation, interview practice, housing guidance, mortgage prequalification estimates, health and transportation orientation, and general settlement information.

The Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, immigration, financial, tax, investment, mortgage approval, real-estate, medical, or other professional advice.

To access certain features you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to create an account.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: violating applicable laws; uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent information; infringing on the rights of others; attempting to access accounts or data you are not authorized to view; reverse-engineering or scraping the platform; and using the Services to harass, harm, or discriminate against any person.

ArrivAI and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all software, designs, logos, text, and AI-generated templates. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as resumes), and you grant ArrivAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Services to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, posed a security or legal risk, or otherwise misused the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArrivAI, its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.

The opinions, tools, and information provided by ArrivAI are independent and do not necessarily represent the views, products, or services of any employer, financial institution, lender, government agency, or third party.
